Yes, if you have been following you will remember the KNIGHTS TEMPLARS chose KING SOLOMON'S HORSE STABLES instead of the accommodations offered by Jerusalem's King Baldwin.

So, after many nights of digging in the horse stables the knights led by my ancestor HUGH DE PAYENS found what Hugh had discovered during his times back in France studying an ancient scroll with his abbot teacher.

Can you imagine being there to see the ARK OF THE COVENANT in person after it was probably thought to be certainly NOT under some old horse stable!

Now the next challenge for Hugh and the knights was getting it out of Jerusalem!

If you think this just happened next day you would be very WRONG!

Actually, it took almost TEN YEARS of watching over it and not allowing anyone to know it had been found!
